HAIR CARE FOR MEN
HAIR ROUTINE:
Most of men have medium or long length hair,they do not need to wash their hair daily its ok to advicable to wash hair twice a week.in mean days when u are not washing your hair it is important to oil your hair daily.using conditioner once a week is good and dont wash your hair using shampoo its not good for your hair try to wash your hair with some of natural hair cleansers like baking soda,body soap,apple cider.....
HAIR WASH :
Genrally most of men have either medium or short hair lengths,yeah now-a-days people are prefering long haircut's like undercut top knot..... and as we know that shampoos these days are getting more dangerous with hard chemicals which cause hairfall,baldness....and hell of side effects. shampoo's only give temporary goodness to hair but in a long run you start to see side effects.many people like to wash their hair daily but the its absolutely bad as it effects your health and memory badly and also results in grey hair irrspective of your hair.so the best sloution for all these problems is to wash your hair once or twice a week with natural ingredient's.people with long hair can wash thier hair thrice a week if most required.while washing your hair don not keep your head wet for much time and do not use conditioner for more than three to four minutes.
OILING HAIR:
Human hair naturally genratarets oil.but when you wash your hair the oil gets washed away which results in no oil in hair.using coditioner is not a good tip.better one should apply natural oli like coconut oil to dry hair after a hair wash.when you do not wash your hair also apply oil to hair before going to bath or bed every day.over night oiling is preffered much.do protect your hair while driving your bike because it prevents your hair getting dry and break.
FOOD:
Your eating habits do effect the quality of your hair.eating healthy food and drinking water is most important for a good and heatlthy hair.
TIPS:
2.AVOID EXPOSING YOUR HAIR TO HEAT OR SUN BETTER USE CAPS IN SUMMER AND BEANIES IN WINTER.
3.DO NOT USE HEATING TOOLS LIKE HAIR DRYERS AND HAIR STRAIGHTNER.
4.DRINK MUCH WATER AND EAT HEALTHY FOR GOOD HAIR.
5.HAVE REGULAR HAIR CUTS TO AVOID SPLIT-END'S.
6.CHOOSE NATURAL HAIR COLOURING PRODUCTS.
